Our mission is to bridge the gap between devotees and verified spiritual practitioners, offering a seamless, transparent, and spiritually enriching experience. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
02.User Accounts
To access certain features of EkJyot, such as booking a service or registering as an artist, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- EkJyot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
03.Booking Terms
When you book a service (e.g., a Pooja, a spiritual singer, or an event setup) through EkJyot, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the service provider. EkJyot acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the connection and transaction.
Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both devotees and providers. Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial or non-refundable fee, depending on the specific provider's policy clearly stated at checkout.
04.Artist Guidelines
Spiritual practitioners, Pandits, and Artists registered on the platform are expected to uphold the highest standards of sanctity, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Verification: All providers must pass our vetting process, which includes identity verification and qualification checks where applicable.
- Conduct: Providers must perform services with respect to the traditions and sentiments of the devotees.
- Pricing: Providers agree to honor the prices listed on their profile at the time of booking. Hidden charges or demanding additional 'Dakshina' outside the platform's agreed structure is strictly prohibited.
05.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EkJyot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.

All content on EkJyot, including logos, text, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent. The EkJyot name, logo, and all related products and services are trademarks of EkJyot.
